Dr. Gina Lightner is passionate about creating smiles that are as healthy as they are confident. She believes great dentistry is about more than teeth. It is about comfort, education, and genuine connections. Her favorite part of the job is getting to know her patients and becoming a trusted part of their lives, making every visit feel positive and empowering.

Dr. Lightner’s journey began at Rice University, where she earned dual B.A. degrees in Kinesiology (Sports Medicine) and Philosophy. She then went on to earn her Doctorate of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) at Tufts University School of Dental Medicine. At Tufts, she excelled academically, earning a place on the Dean’s List, and was inducted into the Honos Civicus Society for her dedication to community service and civic engagement.

She further honed her skills during a General Practice Residency at Mount Sinai Hospital in New York City, where she received advanced training in digital and aesthetic dentistry, Invisalign, implant dentistry, and managing complex dental emergencies. After years of practice on the East Coast and in the greater Seattle area, Dr. Lightner is thrilled to now serve the Issaquah community.

Dedicated to lifelong learning, she continues advanced training with respected organizations such as the Academy of General Dentistry (AGD), the American Academy of Facial Esthetics (AAFE), and the American Dental Association (ADA). Her goal is to provide personalized, comprehensive care that helps every patient feel their best.
